Packaging in Time works to produce and deliver custom packaging as efficiently as possible. This Delivery Policy explains how production and shipping estimates work.
Production Timing
Production begins after required payment is received and the customer has approved the final artwork proof and production specifications.
Standard production timing is generally estimated at 12–15 business days after final proof approval, unless your quote or order confirmation states a different timeframe. Production estimates may vary based on product type, quantity, materials, finishing requirements, artwork readiness, and seasonal demand.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing. Carrier schedules may be affected by weather, customs, holidays, labor disruptions, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges may apply if an order must be redirected, reshipped, stored, or returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to clear customs.
International Shipments
For deliveries outside the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and customs-clearance requirements unless otherwise stated in writing.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your shipment promptly when it arrives. If products are visibly damaged, missing, or incorrect, notify both the delivery carrier and Packaging in Time within [5 business days] of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the shipping carton, labels, and affected products.
Delays
Packaging in Time is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs, severe weather, supplier interruptions, technical issues, or force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed if a known delay affects your order.
