These Terms of Service govern your use of packagingintime.com and your purchase of products or services from Packaging in Time. By using our website, requesting a quote, approving a proof, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes and Orders
Quotes are based on the specifications available when the quote is prepared. Changes to quantity, dimensions, materials, finishes, artwork, delivery requirements, or production timing may change the price and delivery estimate.
An order is ready for production only after payment requirements are met and the customer has approved the final artwork proof and production specifications in writing.
Customer Artwork
You are responsible for the artwork, text, logos, images, designs, trademarks, and other materials you provide. By submitting material to us, you confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use it.
You grant Packaging in Time a limited right to use submitted materials only to prepare proofs, manufacture your order, provide support, and maintain business records. We may decline content that appears unlawful, infringing, offensive, or unsuitable for production.
Proof Approval
You must carefully review all proofs before approval, including spelling, layout, dimensions, quantities, colors, die lines, barcodes, and production specifications.
Once a proof is approved, production may begin. Packaging in Time is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof or for changes requested after approval.
Color and Materials
Printed colors may vary due to screen settings, inks, materials, finishes, lighting, and printing processes. Digital proofs show layout and content but do not guarantee an exact color match. Contact us before proof approval if exact color matching is required.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, products are not represented as food-safe, child-safe, medical-grade, or suitable for regulated use.
Payments
Payment requirements will be shown in your quote, invoice, or order confirmation. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, shipping costs, and approved additional charges. Delayed or incomplete payment may delay production or delivery.
Production and Delivery
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing. Timing may be affected by proof approval, artwork revisions, supplier availability, carrier delays, weather, customs, payment issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Cancellations
Because custom packaging is made to order, cancellation requests must be made promptly. Cancellation charges may apply for design work, setup, materials, production, payment processing, or other costs already incurred. Orders may not be cancellable once production has started or the order has shipped.
Returns and Claims
Custom products are subject to our Payment & Exchange Policy. Inspect delivered products promptly and report any damage, shortage, or material production defect within the stated claim period.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Packaging in Time is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected portion of that order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
